EXPLICIT CONSENT

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Data Controller: Buvigo

I freely give explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1 to:

1. Location Data
Processing my location to create/search Buvigo IDs, manage privacy settings, and display locations on the map. I alone determine location visibility (public, private, PIN, or approval).

2. Live Location Sharing
Sharing my real-time location for the duration I choose when I create a temporary share code. Starting, duration, and ending live sharing are entirely under my control; I agree to confirm separately in the app before each live sharing session.

I am primarily responsible for sharing outcomes, location/content accuracy, and who receives share codes or PINs; Buvigo does not pay compensation in this scope.

I may withdraw consent at any time via info@buvigo.com or app profile settings. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing but may limit consent-based features such as location and live sharing.

I have read and understood the KVKK disclosure and Privacy Policy.

Note: Phone and profile data are processed under contract performance. Push notifications require separate optional consent.
