2. Scope
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use the Buvigo mobile app ("App") and related services. The Buvigo mobile app does not use cookies.

3. Personal Data We Process
• Identity and contact: phone number (E.164), username, first name, last name, display name, gender preference
• Location and address: coordinates linked to a Buvigo ID, address text, location detail, primary address flag, location accuracy, privacy/access settings (public, private, PIN protection)
• Live location: temporary share code, session duration, real-time position updates
• Usage: Buvigo IDs you create or search, favorites, daily search quota, access requests
• Technical: session tokens (JWT/refresh), push notification token, device platform (iOS/Android), error and security logs
• Legal consent: timestamp of accepted legal documents

Buvigo does not collect email registration, in-app messaging, ad profiling, in-app purchases, or payment card data.

4. Purposes
• Phone-based authentication (SMS OTP) and account management
• Creating, searching, sharing Buvigo IDs and favorites
• Live location sharing
• Managing private/PIN-protected location access requests
• Service quotas and abuse prevention
• Content moderation on labels and location details
• Push notifications (if you grant permission on your device)
• Legal compliance and information security

5. Legal Bases
We process data under KVKK Art. 5/2 (contract, legal obligation, establishment/protection of rights, legitimate interest) and, where required, explicit consent under Art. 5/1.

6. Collection Methods
Data is collected via the App UI, GraphQL API, SMS verification, location services, and server logs.

7. Transfers
We may share data only as needed to operate the service with:
• SMS/OTP provider (verification codes)
• Hosting/infrastructure providers
• Apple and Google map/location services (on-device maps, geocoding, directions links)
• Expo push notification infrastructure (if you enabled notifications)
• Authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal data for advertising or marketing.

8. Retention
• Account data: while your membership is active; deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion.
• Live location: limited to the share session TTL and short technical retention after the session ends.
• OTP codes: stored briefly (about 5 minutes).
• Legal records: retained as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and compensation for unlawful processing. Contact info@buvigo.com.

10. Security
Buvigo applies technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access.

11. Age Limit
The App is intended for users aged 16 and over.

12. Changes
Buvigo may update this policy. The current version is published in the App and on the website.
