TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Buvigo mobile app ("App"), buvigo.com website, and share links. By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Service
Buvigo is a location sharing platform. Users create and share locations via Buvigo ID codes, including live sharing, search, favorites, and access control (private/PIN/approval). Buvigo is not an emergency response or official emergency call service.

3. Account
Sign-in uses SMS verification (OTP) on your phone number. You are responsible for account security. The App is for users aged 18 and over.

4. Buvigo ID Rules
• Up to 25 permanent Buvigo IDs per user.
• Daily search quota in the app: 500 lookups.
• Without signing in, up to 5 different Buvigo IDs per day on the web (IP-based).
• You are responsible for accurate locations and lawful content.
• Public Buvigo IDs can be found via search; use private mode or PIN for sensitive locations.
• IDs are assigned to you; you may disable sharing via private mode or PIN changes.

5. Location Permissions and Sharing
The App may require location permission for creating IDs, search, live sharing, and maps. Live sharing may use background location. Location visibility (public, private, PIN, or approval) and live sharing duration and scope are entirely under your control; Buvigo does not apply a mode you did not choose. In PIN or approval mode, you decide who gets access. You decide who receives your location; primary responsibility for use by anyone who receives a share code, PIN, or link lies with the sharing user.

6. User Conduct
You may not share illegal, misleading, or privacy-violating content or attempt unauthorized access to others' IDs. In emergencies, call official emergency numbers (e.g. 112); Buvigo does not replace them. For third-party claims against Buvigo arising from your sharing, content, or access choices, you bear primary responsibility.

7. Fees
Buvigo is currently free. Paid features will not be charged without clear notice.

8. Intellectual Property
The App, brand, and content belong to Buvigo.

9. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
Buvigo does not share personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data sales. The App may use required technical infrastructure providers (SMS verification, hosting, Apple/Google map/location services on your device, directions links, Expo push infrastructure, web share page CDN). Buvigo does not transfer your location data to Google, Apple, or other third parties for advertising or analytics; map and navigation actions occur through the relevant app or service on your device. Disclosure to legally authorized authorities occurs only upon lawful, written, and reasoned official requests. Each provider's terms apply.

10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Buvigo does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of user-provided locations. Disputes from user-shared locations primarily involve the sharing user. Buvigo does not offer voluntary compensation or damage reimbursement; it is not liable for direct or indirect damages from visibility modes, share links/codes, PIN/approval access, live location sessions, or similar voluntary sharing you initiate. For third-party claims against Buvigo arising from your sharing or content, the user bears primary responsibility. Subject to applicable consumer law, Buvigo is not liable for indirect damages from connectivity issues, third-party failures, breach of account/PIN/code confidentiality by the user, or user abuse.

11. Termination
Delete your account in-app ("Delete My Account") or email info@buvigo.com. Buvigo may suspend accounts for violations or abuse.

12. Updates
The App is available on iOS and Android. Updates may be required.

13. Changes
Buvigo may update these terms. Material changes are published in the App and website; re-consent may be required.

14. Governing Law
Republic of Türkiye law applies.
